  • Important COVID-19 Vaccination Information

    Effective January 15th, 2021

    TriHealth is following Governor DeWine’s orders to provide COVID-19 vaccines to individuals by age group, beginning with 80+ years of age the week of January 19th. We will open vaccine appointments to each subsequent age group in the coming weeks following the Governor’s guidance. Our ability to meet the deadlines set by the state is based on supply of vaccine received, which thus far has been limited. We will start with the older age groups and those most at risk, and then we will move along to younger patients. TriHealth patients will receive notice of eligibility through MyChart messaging or email communication.

    Important information:

    • • There is no out-of-pocket cost for receiving the vaccine. However, you will be asked for your insurance information.
    • • Your drivers’ license or a form of identification will be required to receive the vaccine.
    • • The COVID-19 vaccine requires two doses. Your second dose will be scheduled during your vaccine appointment.
    • • You will be required to stay on-site for at least 15 minutes following your vaccination to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Most reported side effects are mild. Health professionals will be on site to help with any concerns.

There you will find answers to many frequently asked questions regarding efficacy, safety, possible side effects and much more. Additionally, vaccination information is also available through the CDC and the Ohio Department of Health websites.
    • • As vaccine shipments are received, additional timeslots will be added. We apologize if you are unable to make an appointment today due to limited supply.
