  • MyChart COVID-19 Vaccine Information

    TriHealth is following Governor DeWine’s orders to provide COVID-19 vaccines to individuals by age group. Currently those 16 and older are eligible.

    Important information for your appointment:
       • Arrival. If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car until 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that physical distance can be maintained in our clinics.
       • With parental or legal guardian consent, individuals ages 16 and 17 will be eligible to receive the Pfizer vaccine, which is the only COVID-19 vaccine currently authorized for use in people younger than 18.
       • No cost. There are no out-of-pocket costs for receiving the vaccine. However, you will be asked for your insurance information to cover the cost of administration of the vaccine.
       • Bring. Your drivers’ license or a form of identification will be required to receive the vaccine.
       • Be ready to schedule. The COVID-19 vaccine requires two doses. Your second dose will be scheduled during your vaccine appointment. Second-dose appointments cannot be rescheduled, so please come prepared with your calendar.
       • Stay for observation. You will be required to stay on-site for at least 15 minutes following your vaccination to ensure there are no adverse reactions. Most reported side effects are mild. Health professionals will be on site to help with any concerns.
